Fastest route: report it from the question itself, inside the app. The report is anonymous and reaches us with the exact version of the content. Every report is checked against the official sources listed on the sources page, and corrections are dated. You can also just write to us.

Packs are bought once, inside the app, through the App Store or Google Play. To restore a purchase on a new device, use the restore option in the app’s settings, signed in with the same Apple Account or Google Account. Purchases go through the store, and so do refunds: on the App Store only Apple can refund, at reportaproblem.apple.com; on Google Play, Google handles requests within its own window (how), and where it refers you to the developer, write to us and we can issue the refund from our Google Play console. We never see your payment details.
A purchase made on the App Store does not carry over to Google Play, nor the other way round: each store attests its own purchases, and the app has no account that could connect them.
Your progress stays on your device. There is no account and nothing to delete on our side; the privacy policy has the details.
